Long ago poets conceived of a flower that did not fade and christened it amaranth. The appellation is rooted in the Greek words amaranths, meaning "immortal" or "unfading" and anthos meaning "flower". The word amaranthine emerged as an adjective of the imaginary flower and subsequently of anything possessing it's undying quality.
Love
Loss
Everlasting
Infinite
Neverending
Forever
Amaranthine
lyrics
Infinite and never fading
Limitless and everlasting
Feeling love in walls that crumble
The road of time and space forever.
We’ll never know
What might have been
Can we explain
Amaranthine.
The roads we walk are never ending
Our streets are paved with good intentions
We pound our chests to get attention
But fail to see we are no different.
How can we know
What might have been
There is no tomorrow
Amaranthine.
What have we done…
